Supervity implements technical and organizational safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of user data, including sensitive data accessed through Google Workspace APIs.

  • Encryption
All data transmitted between Supervity services and users is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS. Sensitive data such as OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and authorized Google Workspace content is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption (e.g., AES-256 or equivalent).
  • Secure Storage of OAuth Credentials
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens obtained via Google APIs are stored securely, encrypted at rest, and accessible only to authorized backend services. Tokens are never exposed to client-side code or shared with third parties.
  • Access Controls and Least Privilege
Access to Google user data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel strictly on a need-to-know basis. Supervity enforces role-based access control (RBAC), least-privilege permissions, and internal access reviews to minimize risk of unauthorized access.
  • Data Minimization
Supervity requests and processes only the minimum Google user data and OAuth scopes necessary to deliver the explicitly disclosed functionality of the application. Data is not accessed, stored, or processed beyond these purposes.
  • Logging, Monitoring, and Safeguards
Supervity maintains security logging and monitoring mechanisms to detect, prevent, and investigate unauthorized access or misuse of data. Security controls are periodically reviewed and updated to address evolving threats.
  • Data Retention and Deletion
Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. Upon account termination or a valid deletion request, associated Google data and OAuth credentials are securely deleted or invalidated within a reasonable timeframe.
  • No Sale, Advertising, or Model Training
Supervity does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes, or share it with unauthorized third parties. Google Workspace API data is not used to train or fine-tune generalized AI or machine learning models.
  • Incident Response
