Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead enterprise customer projects from discovery through go-live.

You will work across customers, Product, Engineering, QA, and leadership to translate requirements into clear delivery plans, keep projects on track, manage risks and dependencies, and drive successful project outcomes.

This role is suited to someone who combines strong project ownership with technical understanding and confident stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise projects from discovery, planning, and execution through go-live and closure.
  • Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate across customers, Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and leadership.
  • Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies early and drive mitigation plans through closure.
  • Lead regular customer status meetings and communicate progress, risks, decisions, and timeline changes clearly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, governance, action items, and delivery health.
  • Coordinate production readiness, approvals, deployment, post-go-live support, and final customer sign-off.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, or a related delivery role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and software delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project governance and delivery quality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering SaaS, AI, Cloud, or enterprise software implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers across India, the US, or other global markets.
