Job Overview

We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our Customer Engineering team. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our core AI platform and our enterprise customers. You will embed with client teams to understand their operational bottlenecks, architect custom AI agents, and ensure they are deployed successfully in production environments.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation, from designing the solution architecture to writing production-grade code. This role requires a unique combination of software engineering expertise, AI/LLM knowledge, and client-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed & Architect: Work directly with customer stakeholders to map their workflows and design bespoke AI agent architectures that integrate with their existing IT landscape.
  • Build & Deploy: Write high-quality, production-ready code (Python/TypeScript) to customize the Supervity platform, build integrations, and deploy AI agents.
  • Integrate Enterprise Systems: Connect our AI agents to legacy enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow) via REST APIs and custom connectors.
  • Technical Project Leadership: Lead the technical delivery of pilots and full-scale implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet performance metrics.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the technical voice of the customer, providing detailed feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap and improve platform reliability
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering or solution engineering experience.
  • Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript is required.
  • AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API) and an understanding of prompt engineering.
  • Integration Skills: Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to  non-technical business leaders.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Enterprise Experience: Deep familiarity with large-scale enterprise software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Advanced AI: Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
  • Customer Facing: Previous experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience building automation or software solutions for Finance, Supply Chain, or Healthcare sectors.
