Super Mode is an optional fast-track growth path for employees who want to accelerate their careers. No. All existing benefits remain the same. Super Mode adds additional benefits and opportunities on top of your current package.

No. Super Mode is completely voluntary. You can continue in the standard “Normal Mode” with no change to your current work schedule or benefits. Super Mode is simply an option for those who want to grow faster.

Yes. After completing a minimum of six months in Super Mode, you can request to switch back to Normal Mode. Your manager and HR will review and approve the transition.
Performance expectations will remain aligned with your role, but impact, ownership, and outcomes will be evaluated with a sharper focus, given the higher level of commitment in Super Mode. The rewards you receive directly correlate to the results you deliver.
