Job Overview

We are looking for a Pre-sales Executive to be the technical quarterback of our sales cycle. You will be the primary technical resource for the Sales team, working to understand customer challenges and design bespoke "AI Workforce" solutions that solve them.

This is a critical pre-sales role that requires a blend of deep technical expertise and a consultative, client-facing presence. You don't just demo features; you architect a vision. You will be the trusted advisor who secures the "technical win" by proving to enterprise clients that Supervity is the secure, scalable, and intelligent future of their operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales: Collaborate closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop the technical sales strategy to win deals.
  • Lead Technical Discovery: Engage with prospective clients to conduct deep-dive sessions, assessing their current IT landscape, workflow pains, and automation goals.
  • Deliver Compelling Demos: Design and deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that connect Supervity’s capabilities directly to the customer's business problems.
  • Architect Bespoke Solutions: Design and propose customized "AI Employee" architectures. You will create technical proposals, solution diagrams, and Proof of Concept (POC) scopes that demonstrate value.
  • Own the Technical Win: Respond to technical questions, security reviews, and formal RFP/RFI processes. You are the product expert and the client's technical advocate inside Supervity.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role, such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant, at a B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software company.
  • Technical Stack: A strong understanding of modern enterprise IT. You must be comfortable discussing APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data security.
  • AI Knowledge: Familiarity with the AI/LLM landscape. You should be able to intelligently discuss concepts like RAG, agents, and prompt engineering.
  • Consultative Mindset: You are a problem-solver first and foremost. You listen more than you talk and are skilled at building trust with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Storyteller: Exceptional presentation and communication skills. You can command a room and make complex technology feel simple and powerful.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-On Experience: Direct experience with Python/TypeScript, SQL, and/or enterprise automation/RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
  • Enterprise Sales: Proven track record of selling complex, six-figure+ deals to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience in Finance, HR, or Supply Chain workflows is a significant advantage.
