Privacy Policy

Digitamize Inc. (brand owner of Supervity) cares for your privacy and how it is shared and used. This Privacy Policy describes how Digitimize Inc. (Supervity, “we”, “our” or “us”) and its affiliates collects, uses and discloses your data while assessing, registering and using the Supervity platform. You are advised to read this Privacy Policy carefully.

The term “you” shall mean and include any Natural Person assessing, registering on the Supervity Platform.
This Privacy Policy applies to all the Supervity sites (partners.supervity.ai, forum.supervity.ai, academcy.supervity.ai and support.supervity.ai, digitamize.com, simple.works, techubator.io) and will only collect and use the data as mentioned in the policy.

1. What Does the Privacy Policy Cover? 

This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of the Supervity Sites. The Supervity Sites may contain links to other websites. Please note that we have no control over how your personal data is collected, stored, or used by other websites and we advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any personal data to them.

The data is collected, used, stored, possessed or dealt with by Digitamize Inc. The information that may be collected are:- :-

3. How We Use the Collected Data? 

Sharing your Personally Identifiable Information is entirely voluntary. However, you may be required to provide your Personally Identifiable Information to access and use Supervity Platform. Customer Data collected will be processed and stored securely and may be used in the following context-

  • Provision of Services – For enabling you the access and usage of the Supervity sites. Also, to make sure that services, products are personalized and tailor – made for your requirements.
  • To Send out Emails and Other Information – To reply to your emails and sending opted emails (you can unsubscribe or opt out by clicking the link below the email)
  • Feedback – To actively take feedback through analysis of your usage and interaction with the Supervity sites.
  • Marketing – With your permission or wherever law permits using it for marketing purposes which may involve contacting you or sending you promotional newsletters and offers on our products, services and events. We will take reasonable steps to avoid circulation of unsolicited marketing emails or spam. By subscribing to our emails, we assume you are a business user and have an interest in the business content that we supply, even if you choose to use a personal email address.

We do not use, sell, rent or publish your personal information and do not disclose it unless:

  • we have your permission
  • to help investigate, prevent or take action regarding unlawful and illegal activities, suspected fraud, including cyber incidents potential threat, punishment of offences and to the safety or security of any person, violations of Supervity Platform ‘s terms of use or to defend against any legal claims;
  • special circumstances such as compliance with subpoenas, court orders, requests/order from legal authorities or law enforcement agencies requiring such disclosure.
  • Supervity’s business would be subject to a change of control or other similar procedure, or acquisition and your personal data would be part of the transaction.
  • For processing purposes, we may share your personal data with subsidiaries of Supervity that are located in India and any other country. Each such subsidiary will be under the direction of Supervity.

We do not track our users over time and across third party websites for providing targeted advertising and therefore do not respond to Do Not Track Signals.

4. What Analytical Tools Does Supervity use?

In order to understand the navigational trends on the Supervity Sites we use third-party analytics tools which collect information which your browser sends when you visit a Supervity Site. Here are tools which we use and links to their privacy policies:

We only keep your personal data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above in Section 6, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.

The Supervity Sites are hosted in the United States and are governed by United States law. If you are using the Supervity Sites from outside the United States, please be aware that your personal data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located, and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. You are deemed to accept and agree to this transfer by using the Supervity Sites and submitting personal data to us.

Data security is important to Supervity, and to protect your data we have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure personal data collected through the Supervity Sites. Supervity also regularly evaluates and upgrades its security measures to ensure secure processing of personal data. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure; accordingly, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us, so you do so at your own risk.

6. What Security Measures are put into place to Prevent Misuse of Data?

To protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, and we have in place appropriate physical, electronic, technical, operational and managerial procedures.

Our servers are accessible only to authorized personnel and your information is shared with respective personnel to provide the services requested by you.

Although we will endeavour to safeguard the confidentiality of your Personally Identifiable Information, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. You agree that we shall have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties including any cyber-attacks.

7. What Happens If Our Business Changes Hand?

We may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of our business. Any personal data that you have provided will, where it is relevant to any part of our business that is being transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, be permitted to use that data only for the same purposes for which it was originally collected by us.

8. How Can You Control Your Data?

In addition to your rights set forth in Section 4, when you submit personal data via a Supervity Site, you may be given options to restrict our use of your personal data. In particular, we aim to give you strong controls on our use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (including the ability to opt-out of receiving emails from us which you may do by unsubscribing using the links provided in our emails and at the point of providing your details)

 9. California privacy rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes.  10. Supervity’s Use of Cookies

Supervity Sites may place and access certain cookies on your computer or device. We use cookies to facilitate and improve your experience on the Supervity Sites and to provide and improve our products and services.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a computer either temporarily for that session only or permanently on the hard disk (persistent cookie). Cookies provide a way for the Supervity sites to recognize you and keep track of your preferences.

Supervity uses the following cookies:

This cookie stores information that the user has input and tracks the movements of the user within the website.

You may stop Supervity’s use of cookies at any time by configuring your browser settings. All modern internet browsers provide the option to change cookie settings. Such settings are most often located in the “Preferences” menu or “Options” section of your browser.

Some web browsers may transmit “do not track” signals to websites with which the web browser communicates. The Supervity Sites do not currently recognize or respond to “do not track” signals.

11. AI Product Terms

AI Responses: Supervity AI generates responses based on patterns and data it has been trained on. It may not always provide entirely accurate or up-to-date information, and the responses should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or judgment.

User Responsibility: Users of our software are responsible for verifying the information provided by Supervity AI and making their own decisions based on the information received. Digitamize Inc. (brand owner of Supervity) does not assume any liability for copy right violations or decisions made or actions taken based on Supervity AI software.

12. Changes in Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time by placing a prominent notice on the Login Page made available through Supervity Platform and shall seek your consent with respect to such updated or revised policies.
